Photo Privacy

• ·Your photos are stored in private storage. They are not public, not listed anywhere, and not reachable by a shared link.
• ·Only you can see them, unless you deliberately share something with a professional you have connected to.
• ·We do not sell photos, and we do not use them for advertising.
• ·You can delete a photo at any time, and deleting your account removes your photos with it.

Look Lab is an internal prototype, available only to the Beauty Passport team. It is not switched on for clients. When it is used:

• ·Only the single photo chosen for that one visualization is sent out for generation. Nothing else from the Passport is sent.
• ·A generated result is held in memory and shown on screen only. If it is discarded, it is never written to storage and no record of it is kept.
• ·A result is saved only when someone explicitly chooses to save it, and a saved result is marked as an AI visualization so it is never mistaken for a real photo.
• ·Every result is labelled as an AI visualization. It is an illustration of a direction, not a promise of a result, and it is never a diagnosis or a chemical recommendation.

The generation itself runs through an outside AI provider. We are still obtaining written confirmation from that provider covering how long an image is held, whether images can be used to train models, how deletion is handled, and permitted commercial use.

Until we have that confirmation in writing, we do not claim that no image is ever retained or used for training, because we cannot yet prove it. For that reason, Look Lab testing uses synthetic or cleared images rather than identifiable client photos, and it stays limited to the Beauty Passport team. This page will be updated with the specifics once the provider terms are confirmed, and no client photo will go through AI visualization before then.
