Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file a site asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Local storage and session storage work the same way but keep the value on your device instead of attaching it to each request. We use both, and we refer to all of them as "cookies" below for simplicity.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or session recording, and we do not sell or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

These make the Service work. If you block them, sign-in, security and basic preferences will break.

  Keeps you signed in as you move between pages and refreshes your session. Without it you would have to sign in on every screen.

  Remembers the few answers you gave in Find My Products so your results are still there when you come back. Cleared when you sign out.

These help us see whether the beta is usable. Automatic click capture, page-view capture of unrelated pages and session recording are switched off.

• PostHog analytics (cookie and local storage entry)

  Assigns your browser a random identifier so we can count how many people complete key steps — for example logging an appointment or opening the care page. It records fixed event names, counts and category labels only, never your name, email, notes or photos.

The emails the Service sends you contain no tracking pixel. Our email provider records operational delivery outcomes only — delivered, bounced, or reported as spam — so we can tell whether a message reached you.

• Browser settings: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear site data, either for all sites or for joinbeautypassport.com alone. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
• Analytics opt-out: turn on your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting, block third-party storage for our analytics provider, or use a content blocker. You can also email us and we will exclude your account from analytics.
• Sign out: signing out clears your session and the Find My Products answers stored for your account.
• Clear site data: removes every entry described on this page from that browser.

Because we do not use advertising or profiling cookies, we do not show a consent banner for them. If we ever add a cookie that requires consent, we will ask you first and update this page.

When you follow a product link out to SalonInteractive or another third-party store, that site sets its own cookies under its own policy. We have no control over them.
